MIXED BILLING INFORMATION

We are a mixed billing practice

An out-of-pocket fee will be incurred except for the following patient groups:

  • PATIENTS UNDER 16 YEARS OF AGE

  • PENSION CARD & DVA CARD HOLDERS

  • PATIENTS AGED 65 AND OVER

  • HEALTH CARE CARD/ CONCESSION CARD HOLDER

Care plans, Mental Health Care plans, Health Assessments, Government funded vaccines will continue be bulk billed.

All fees will need to be paid in FULL on the day of your appointment by CASH, Credit cards or EFTPOS.

The practice will then submit the claim to Medicare on your behalf. Medicare will pay the rebate directly to your bank account.

Please ask receptionists for any information regarding these rebate options, as well as private fees.
